Model JQF4.2M (6M) Step Mobile Cutting Machine

Working principle:
After turning over the mould 90 in the air , the overturning hanger demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting table together with the side plates. The blank on the cutting table is cut by the vertical cutting device which can run by itself through the motor. After finishing cutting ,the device runs to the suspended point .Then the blank is cut horizontally by the cross cutting device when it is driven by the motor to the center of the blank .The cross cutting holder falls down from the top to cut until it is reset upward.

Main Features of the Machine:overturning
1) The structure of the machine is simple and practical , it is easy to install and maintain.
2) After overturning, the blank stands vertically with the width of 60mm and the height of 1200mm,thus the cutting wire can be shorter and it is not easy to be broken and drifted, the cutting precision can be more exactly as well.
3) The vertical cutting is done by the vertical cutting device which is mobile(the blank is fixed on the cutting table ) . The horizontal cross cutting device is driven by the screw mandrel which can keep the cross cutting support running consistently when it is rising or falling, thus it can ensure the cutting precision.
4) As the blank stands vertically ,the grooves on both sides of the blank (with width of 600mm )can be milled at the same time when the blank is cut vertically ,no groove processing device is needed;
5) The machine can produce both building blocks and slabs and the blank can be cut into six sides , therefore the quality of products can not be influenced by the mould oil and the deformation of the mould;
6) The machine is easy to operate. The cutting process of the machine (overturning , vertical cutting and cross cutting ) can be finished in different positions and the cutting and running are controlled by the same device, therefore the operation is simplified and the maintenance is convenient.
