Working Principle:
After turning over the mould 90 in the air , the overturning hanger demoulds the blank and puts it on the cutting cart together with the side plates. When the cutting cart which is driven by the motor runs slowly through the vertical cutting device,it cuts the blank vertically. After that , it runs to the center of the horizontal cross cutting device and stops. Start up the cross cutting device, the cross cutting holder falls down from the top to make horizontal cutting until it is reset upward.
